19BY22 is a 2.5×1.5 mica nozzle heater with 200C fiberglass braided silicone leads. This high-temperature heater is suitable for small cylindrical surfaces in a variety of diameters. Nozzle heaters are used for various applications including plastic injection molding, plastic extrusion, molding presses, die casting, blown-film, packaging, food processing, analytical instrumentation, and more. This heater features mica insulation for excellent electrical insulation at high temperatures as well as an electrogalvanized steel sheath that provides oxidation resistance and durability. This heater has a 850°F (454°C) maximum operating temperature, making it perfect for high-temperature applications. Mica heaters also feature a low-profile design that is both convenient and sleek.
