This 20″ impulse sealer uses heat to seal plastic bags up to 12 mils thick. To create a 1/16″ air-tight tamper resistant seal, place the bag or tubing between seal bars, press device knob and release. No warmup time is needed. This sealer can be used with polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) bags. When used properly, this sealer creates an air- and water-tight seal.
