36″ X 36″ X 36″ Bulk-Size Corrugated HazMat Gaylord Container (UN Rated)

This UN 11G IBC intermediate bulk container and hazardous storage carton is made of 1100#/ECT-90 TW corrugated material. This container complies with packaging groups I, II and III. The box includes the box and lid (36″ x 36″ x 36″), poly bag (50″ x 40″ x 80′) and 2 polypropylene straps and 2 buckles (1/2″ x 17′) with 4 nails. These IBC cartons can be used to pack smaller cartons or for irregularly shaped shipments. br />
To assemble, put the box on its side and place the bottom outer flap on the wooden pallet. Center the flap on the pallet by lining up the flap score with the end of the pallet. Nail the flap to the pallet at each corner of the flap. Flip the box upright onto the pallet. Insert clear poly bag inside the box and pull the excess down over the outside of the box. Fill the poly bag with hazardous material. Bunch and fold polybag over at center and tape tightly with 2 complete wraps of 2″ clear plastic tape – 3m type 371. Use taped end of polybag to fold over inside of the box before applying assembled lid. Fold down 4 scores on the lid, insert ‘A’ under tab ‘B’ and place the assembled lid on the box. Secure assembled box to the pallet with polypropylene straps and buckles through fork side entry of pallet and tighten each strap until 49.5″ of excess strapping remains. **Does not include 2-way wood pallet or 2″ tape for closure of bag.
