This T4A hazardous area drum heater band is designed for use with 55 gallon (208 liter) metal drums. This drum heater band is rated for use in hazardous areas and can deliver up to 1300 watts of heating power on 240 volts. The band’s adjustable thermostat is designed with a high temperature limit feature (up to 158° F/70° C) for convenient temperature control and to prevent overheating. Drum heaters are a convenient and effective option for applications such as barrel warming, food warming, gas or oil heating, paint warming, and for heating drums that may contain products with storage temperature requirements.
