This Amber Ale is a classic, with a touch of malt sweetness, caramel malt flavors, and moderate hop backbone. A smooth and full-bodied beer with a rich copper color. A very easy drinking style of beer that is approachable yet full flavored.

• 1 × 3.3 lb can Hopped Amber LME
• 2 × 1 lb Light DME
• 1 oz East Kent Golding Hop Pellets
• 6 g Muntons Ale Yeast
• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• 55 ct Bottling Caps

Each ingredient kit contains the finest ingredients available to produce 5 gallons (approximately 2 cases) per batch.
