Lab Mount Mixer, 2 HP TENV Direct Drive, 14″ Shaft, 0-1750 RPM (Series 2)

This is a .17 HP totally enclosed no vent (TENV) direct drive lab agitator with a .5″ Dia. x 14″ L mixing shaft (Series 2). This mixer with a vertical lab stand features a 3″ blade and 0-1750 mixer shaft RPM. The measured blade length is the blade’s diameter when extended during operation.
Series 2 agitators are overhead mixers with an adjustable mounting bracket allowing for vertical positioning on the stand.

Direct drive mixers run at high speed and use relatively small blades making them suitable for smaller batch sizes and lower viscosity products as the mixer shaft couples directly to the motor. This lab mount mixer features a TENV motor is enclosed to help prevent dirt and other particles from reaching the motor. As it is non-ventilated, it is ideal for mixing environments where a fan may clog with dust or other debris.

Great for smaller batch sizes, this overhead mixer is ideal for open top containers up to 5 gallons. With a 316 stainless steel construction on all wetted parts and the motor coated with USDA approved stainless steel paint, the pail or drum agitator is versatile for various mixing applications including paints, dyes, etc.
