This tank mixer is flange mounted and features a TEFC (totally enclosed, fan cooled) direct drive with 1 HP, 42″ shaft and 1,725 RPM. This mixer can be used with both closed top tanks and open top tanks (with support bridge sold separately). It is a top entry mixer that is designed for efficient turnover of various liquids and solids. This direct drive tank mixer couples the mixer shaft directly to the motor. It also features a shaft support bearing that helps steady the mixing shaft when in use, reducing wear on the motor. This flange mount TEFC direct drive mixer is ideal for use in various industries including paint, chemicals, food and cosmetics.

Material:

Stainless steel 316 (SS316) exhibits excellent corrosion resistance. It has an oxidation resistance of 1600°F for intermittent service and 1700°F during continuous service. SS316 is often found in pipes and coils, as well as food preparation and laboratory equipment. The Cary Company has tense strength 316 stainless steel drums, which are able to resist against breaking when under strain and corrosion.
